GINUE has earned the title of “Top Excellent University of Education” from the Ministry of Education and press and media agencies in Korea. It has gained a reputation as the “best university of education” in Korea.

Top-notch research performance by the faculty members- “ The journal of Educaion” by GINUE Education Research Institute listed in KCI Journals.
- GINUE has been listed as one of the top universities in terms of the “number of research papers per professor” and “number of cited papers” for 5 years in row (2017-2021).

Consistently selected in government-funded support programs
- Selected for the Support Program for Universities for Universities Contributing to the Normalization of High School Education for 10 consecutive years (2013-2022).
- Designation as a Global Teacher’s University: GINUE became the first university to be selected for the Global Teacher’s University Support Program (2012) implemented by the Ministry of Education, and has been carrying out related projects for the past 10 years.
- Selected for the National University Innovation Support Program for 3 consecutive years/ Selected for the University for Creative Korea(CK) in the Seoul Capital Area(SCA) for 2 consecutive years.
- We are running a wide range of educational events and educational welfare programs to train teachers with excellent education capacity among students with educational needs. Specialized to boost the education capacity extracurricular areas(career path guidance, safety education, etc.)
